FUTSAL ACADEMY MANAGER / DIRECTOR

Guilherme Carniel is a highly experienced and accomplished football and futsal coach with over fifteen years of international coaching experience. He is the founder and Academy Director of Soccer de Brazil (SDB) in Australia, where he has developed programs for children aged 3–14, integrating technical skills, tactical awareness, and the flair of Brazilian football. Guilherme has also coached at elite institutions, including FC Barcelona Escola in Spain and Brazilian Soccer Schools in Sydney, helping hundreds of players develop their skills and express themselves on the field.

Guilherme's career spans multiple countries, including Brazil, the USA, and Spain, where he has directed youth academies, Futsal clubs, and competitive teams. Holding top coaching credentials such as the NSCAA Premier Diploma (USA), ABTF Brazilian Coaching License, and FFA C Youth Licence (Australia), he is known for his ability to mentor players and coaches alike, foster team development, and deliver high-quality, innovative training programs that combine technical excellence with a love for the game.

GIRLS ACADEMY MANAGER

Nigel is a shareholder at SDB WA Academy and a passionate coach who brings both experience and energy to every session. A proud husband and father of four — Ava, Lily, Lochlan and Pierce — Nigel understands the importance of creating a positive, supportive environment for young players and their families.

With a strong playing background across multiple levels in Australia, from NPL to amateur, Nigel has consistently performed in front of goal, earning several Golden Boot awards along the way. His love for the game continues to drive his coaching and commitment to player development.

Alongside his role at SDB WA Academy and full-time work, Nigel is also involved in coaching at UWA Nedlands with their Men’s State League 1 side. He is regularly on the pitch supporting players across a range of age groups, from juniors through to senior football.

Nigel is currently working towards his Football Australia B Licence, further strengthening his coaching knowledge and ability to develop players at all stages of their journey.

Outside of football, Nigel enjoys spending time with his family — whether it’s heading to the beach, catching a movie, or simply relaxing together at home.

FOOTBALL ACADEMY MANAGER

Kris Donnell is a highly ambitious football coach with extensive experience managing senior teams across Western Australia. Known for his strong leadership, tactical expertise, and team-building skills, Kris has led clubs to remarkable achievements, including unbeaten home seasons, top-four finishes, and successful promotions across multiple leagues. He currently serves as First Team Manager at UWA Nedlands Football Club and has previously held key roles at Rockingham City, Mandurah City, Kwinana United, and Port Kennedy, consistently turning around team performance and fostering player development.

In addition to his managerial roles, Kris is Technical Director at Rockingham City Football Club, where he oversees coaching standards, development pathways, and team selection, while maintaining strong professional relationships across clubs, associations, and schools. Holding both C and B coaching licenses, Kris combines technical knowledge with a vast network and a passion for developing the next generation of football talent.

FUTSAL COACH

Robert Sinclair is a Scottish football and futsal player with notable achievements in both disciplines. He has played for Perth AFC U20s, Perth Galaxy, Aqram Eagles, Bayswater City U18s, Balga SC, Dianella White Eagles, and Cockburn City SC, earning league titles, grand final appearances, and state team recognition at a young age.

FUTSAL COACH

Luke Wilkinson is a passionate football and futsal coach with over 20 years of involvement in the game, spanning grassroots to advanced player development. Currently coaching youth teams at Baldivis Districts, Baldivis Soccer Club, and SDB WA Academy, Luke focuses on technical skills, tactical awareness, and fostering a positive team culture. He has extensive experience designing structured training programs, introducing young players to modern formations and competitive futsal principles, and guiding them through development pathways.

As a player, Luke began his football journey at age four and has represented multiple clubs including Fremantle Spirit, Western Knights, and Gosnells Soccer Club across youth and State League divisions. His combined experience as a player and coach allows him to inspire young athletes, emphasizing creativity, teamwork, and a lifelong passion for football and futsal. Luke is also progressing toward his FFA/AFC C Diploma and holds a Working with Children Check in WA.

FUTSAL COACH

Will Hayes is an Australian footballer and futsal player with extensive experience in domestic and international competitions. He has played for Rockingham City juniors and senior teams, Stockport County U18s, Hyde United U23s, Bury FC U23s, and Armadale SC, as well as participating in tournaments in Croatia and Barcelona, achieving top-scorer accolades and multiple state representations.

As a coach, Will has trained junior teams at Cambio Cumbre, school teams, and provided one-on-one sessions with former professional players, while currently coaching at SDB. With certifications in futsal and football, he combines elite playing experience with coaching expertise to develop technically skilled and tactically aware athletes.

FUTSAL COACH

Aaron Oubid is a passionate football coach with extensive experience at Baldivis Districts FC (BDFC), working across women's and junior teams. Over two years, he has led squads to multiple honours, including the Lisa De Vanna Trophy, Armadale Cup, and Australind Cup, while fostering creativity, confidence, and resilience in his players. His coaching experience spans Miniroos programs, senior teams, and academy development, where he has managed training, matchdays, communications, and player retention strategies.

With a playing background of over 22 years in futsal and rebound soccer, Aaron has competed in multiple championships and social leagues, bringing valuable on-field experience to his coaching. Beyond the pitch, he contributes to the football community as BDFC Coaching Co-Ordinator, Academy developer, and committee member overseeing IT and tech initiatives, helping to create a supportive and structured environment for player growth.

FUTSAL COACH

Charlie Garnham is an accomplished Australian-English football and futsal player with a strong track record at both club and national levels. Charlie currently plays for Bayswater City SC in the NPL, where he contributed to the team's league and cup successes, and has been a standout performer at Rockingham Cambio Cumbre Futsal Club, winning multiple league titles and individual accolades including the Supa Liga Golden Boot and Pass Master awards. His outstanding performance earned him selection for the WA Men's National Team and the Futsalaroos, competing at the Continental Futsal Championship in Thailand.

Alongside his playing career, Charlie is a qualified FFA C-licensed coach actively coaching at The Proper Player Football. He works with children across all age ranges, delivering technical skills training through one-on-one sessions, small groups, and large classes. His dual experience as a top-level player and coach allows him to inspire young athletes, foster skill development, and cultivate a passion for football and futsal.

FUTSAL COACH

Jason Constable is a Swiss footballer with a rich playing career spanning youth, college, and senior levels. Beginning with Rockingham City FC, he progressed to first-team NPL football, won the Division 1 Championship, and later earned a scholarship to play for West Virginia University Tech in the USA, securing multiple conference championships and competing at the NAIA National Championships.

Jason has returned to Australia to continue his playing career at UWA Nedlands while also coaching with SDB and summer soccer camps in the USA. His international experience, combined with his coaching roles, allows him to mentor young players with a focus on growth, discipline, and tactical awareness.
