No Pay, No Play Policy
SDB WA follows a strict ‘No Pay, No Play’ policy to ensure the stability of our organization.
All payments must be made on time.

Acceptable Behaviour
At SDB WA, we uphold the values of:
Development
Integrity
Teamwork
Achievement
We expect all staff, players, and parents to embody these values as part of the SDB WA community. Anti-social behaviour, especially towards or in front of children, will not be tolerated.
Allocation of Coaches
We aim to have the same coach for both training and match days, but due to scheduling conflicts, another qualified coach may be assigned for matches.
Our training focuses on developing football intelligence. Just as teachers do not give students answers in exams, our coaches do not micromanage players’ in-game decisions.
Adverse Weather Policy
Training or games may be canceled when:
The venue is closed due to adverse weather.
Conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., lightning, extreme heat exceeding Football Australia/Football NSW guidelines).
We will attempt to schedule an extra session within the program period.
No refunds or credits will be provided if a session cannot be rescheduled or attended.
Refund Policy
Program fees cover the full duration of the program.
No refunds will be issued for early withdrawal unless there are extenuating circumstances, subject to assessment.
If SDB WA cancels a program, a partial or full refund will be provided based on the unused portion.
Privacy Statement
SDB WA respects your privacy.
We collect and store personal information to provide our services.
We may take photos/videos of participants for newsletters, social media, and promotions. By enrolling, you consent to this unless you request otherwise via info@sdbwa.com.
No Politics Policy
Coaches make all team-related decisions, including player selection, positions, and training methods.
No preferential treatment will be given based on personal relationships, aggressive behavior, or financial status.
Competitions
SDB WA determines team participation in competitions based on skill level and suitability.
